Orders & Delivery
- All of our pieces are custom made to order.
- Typical delivery time is 14-16 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on demand and shipping conditions.
Returns, Complaints & Refunds
- Custom Orders: As every item is custom made, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds, except in the case of defects or damage.
- Complaints: Any issues or complaints must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
- Postage Costs: Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where an error has occurred on our part.
Damaged Deliveries
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 1 working day of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders to countries outside of the EU (including the UK) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or cancellations are not available due to refusal to pay these charges.
Customer Conduct & Support
- Contact Hours: Our customer support team is available by phone and email, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Irish time).
- Respectful Communication: We aim to provide friendly, helpful service. Abusive or threatening language will not be tolerated and may result in termination of communication.
Disclaimer / Limitations of Liability
- Our products are intended for use as described. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or costs resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or modification of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are installed safely and legally.
Intellectual Property / Design Ownership
- All designs remain the property of MCD BARS. We may use images of completed items for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
Force Majeure / Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including supply shortages, shipping issues, or extreme weather.
Privacy & Access.
- Our premises are strictly private and are not open for public visits.
- Customers are not permitted to enter the workshop or production areasunless by prior arrangement and explicit approval.
- For safety reasons, photography or recording on the premises is not permitted without permission.
- Any personal information provided during the ordering process (e.g., name, address, email) will be used solely for order processing and communicationand will be handled in accordance with privacy standards.
- We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate appointments at our discretion.
Installation and Wiring of products.
- All products manufactured and supplied by us are fully tested and confirmed operational prior to leaving our workshop.
- Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. All electrical products must be wired using appropriate relays, fuses, and correct wiring practices suitable for the application.
- Once the product has left our premises, responsibility for correct fitment, wiring, and installation rests solely with the customer or installer.
- We accept no responsibility or liability for any damage, malfunction, failure, or loss caused by incorrect installation, improper wiring, failure to use relays or fuses, or failure to follow standard electrical or automotive installation practices.
- Warranty and liability are void where issues arise due to installation or wiring errors.
